Pay Your Bill Online!

The City of Bardstown has implemented a new online payment and electronic billing service that will offer greater flexibility when paying your utility bills. With the improved bill pay service, customers can receive and view bills electronically and make payments online with a credit/debit card or bank account. Here are some highlights:

  • Easy-to-use interface.
  • Pay anytime, anywhere on your mobile device.
  • Schedule a payment for the same day or a future date.
  • Receive email reminders when a payment is due and a confirmation after making a payment.
  • Registration is not required.
  • Pay by Phone 24/7: (855) 372-2850.
  • Go green and reduce clutter – enroll in paperless billing.
  • In addition to receiving email reminders when a payment is due and a confirmation email after making a payment, you can sign-up for courtesy email reminders which can be sent to multiple people in your household.

As with our other options for payments, the same payment schedule applies. If you have any questions or need further assistance, you can reach our office Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 502-348-5947. You can also visit us at our office located at 220 North 5th St Bardstown, KY 40004.
